Historical

Innovative
Customer needs and product requirements, taking into account constantly
growing demands on materials, user-friendly operation and safety standards,

Implementation of ideas in new and innovative products and optimization
of the existing assortment shape product lines for the future. For
example, the light simulation software used by MENTOR supports the
development of complicated lighting concepts. The integration of
CAD and CAM technology enables rapid and economical production of
small batches and industrial scale manufacturing.

The prerequisites for high-quality and economical production include
in-house tool manufacture and mould making as well as automated production
processes on state-of-the-art metal and plastic processing machines.
The cooperation with suppliers and partner enterprises guarantees
optimal work flows and excellent results. Cable preparation and complete
assembly of modules or system components are integrated into MENTOR’s
work flow.
Quality assurance is guaranteed through selected test and inspection
procedures. For this reason all production locations and partner
companies are certified and subject to constant auditing.
